These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Rich Prize, the United Kingdom - facing version of the Rich Prize online casino operated via the website richprizer.com (the "Website") by J.P. B.V. These Terms are intended as a general framework only and must be reviewed and adapted by qualified legal counsel before use.
By registering an account or using any services on the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

Definitions

Account Security and User Obligations

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Gameplay Conduct
- Game rules: Each Game has its own specific rules, pay tables and minimum/maximum stakes. By placing a Bet, you accept the rules of the relevant Game as displayed on the Website at the time.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is accepted when it is registered on the Operator's systems and appears in your game history. Once confirmed, a Bet cannot normally be cancelled or modified by the Player.

Game Malfunctions, Cancellations and Adjustments
- Malfunctions: If a Game malfunctions or suffers a technical error, all Bets and payouts affected by the malfunction may be voided, and the Bet amount may be refunded to your balance. Any winnings obtained from a malfunction may be cancelled.
- Disconnections: In case of internet or device disconnection on your side, the outcome of any Bet already placed will be determined by the game server. On reconnection, the game's result and your balance will reflect the final state as recorded on the server.

Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions

Combining Promotions
- Non-combination rule: Unless explicitly stated, Promotions cannot be combined. Only one active deposit-related Bonus may be in play at the same time.
